Empty the package into a large heat resistant bowl (preferably not metal). Boil approximately 4 cups of water.
Once boiled, pour the boiled water on top of the herbs and coconut milk & steep for 5 minutes. Add to bathwater, ensuring that the water is not too hot to enter into.
*Caution: Water can be too hot if not mixed with cooler temperature bath water & cause scalding. Exercise caution.
*Do not use with children under 16 years of age.
